I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, well- furnished, clean, quiet, and provided comfortable beds with plenty of space. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was amazing, surrounded by nature and offering a well-maintained resort experience. The dining was enjoyable, although it could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers spotless rooms with a well-stocked selection of toiletries in the bathroom and comfortable beds. The service is nice with attentive staff who go the extra mile. The location is excellent for families, and the dining experience provides delicious options. Overall, a great retreat with some room for improvement in service attitude.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms overlooking the secret garden pool were very clean and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Being on the top floor, I enjoyed a peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle of the main block, with immediate access to a less-crowded swimming pool and snack bar. However, the hotel had gone into administration, which was a bit concerning.
